We are looking for a Watch and Stock Assistant, to work in our London headquarters as an assistant to the Office Manager and also the Luxury Watch Co-ordinator. The ideal candidate will be a good team-worker with a flexible outlook. They will have excellent IT and administrative skills. The role would suit a responsible, self-motivated person with a professional outlook, and who is good at planning and time management.

Good technical understanding of watches and jewellery is important. Previous experience using SAP (Business One) or similar stock control software would be useful.

This is a varied role, potentially including the following activities:

- Database management, stocking-in, stock-takes and stock allocation, photographic image administration, record-keeping, ordering, and stock-takes

- General administration for jewellery, watches, watch accessories and repairs

- Calculating valuations and assisting in the production of Graff Certificates of Quality

- Assisting with special orders and store enquiries
